Clodagh Rose & Co (formerly Clodagh Rose Virtual) was founded in early 2022 after I decided to leave the 9-5 grind and embrace the freedom to work and live on my own terms.
As a Virtual Assistant, I help coaches run their businesses stress-free by managing social media marketing and supporting them in creating incredible client experiences. My clients can focus on what they do best, knowing the rest is handled.
Over time, I transitioned into coaching, helping over 60 women leave corporate life to start their own Virtual Assistant or Social Media Management businesses. I’m passionate about empowering women to create a freedom-filled lifestyle—whether that means traveling the world, building an aligned business, or simply taking control of their time.

Clodagh Rose McIlhatton
Having successfully developed two online businesses since she started in this space in January 2022, firstly as a Virtual Assistant / SMM and once this was fully booked with clients she began her business & marketing coaching business alongside. Clodagh now works as an OBM for a small number of DFY clients and runs her coaching programs full-time whilst travelling the world.
